Fitness Squad


Once your child has completed all our learn to swim levels and they are interested in continuing in swimming, we offer our Fitness squads.

The aim of these squads are:

To develop further fitness through swimming or as a low impact activity to compliment other sports

To increase endurance and to develop a healthy attitude towards competitive swimming

To develop all strokes, starts and turns required for competitive swimming

Session Times:

Monday 6pm – 7pm

Tuesday 6pm – 7pm

Wednesday 6pm  – 7pm

Thursday 5.30pm – 6.30pm

Friday 4pm – 5pm
